Refund Policy

Automatic refunds — built in
If your payment succeeds but we fail to generate your content, our system issues a full automatic refund — no request needed. You'll see the refund from Stripe on your statement, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Something wrong with your pack?
If your content arrived but something is off — a broken download, missing email, or a result that clearly doesn't match your analysis — contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@irisanalyzer.com with the email you used at checkout. We'll regenerate your pack, resend it, or refund you — your choice.
What we can't refund
Because packs are personalized digital goods generated on demand, we can't offer refunds simply for change of mind after successful delivery. If you feel your case is an exception, write to us anyway — we read everything and we're not robots about it.
How refunds are processed
- All refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method.
- We never store your card details, so no information is needed beyond your purchase email.
- Refund timing after issuance is controlled by your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
